Dealing with Stress without food

“If hunger is not the problem, then food is not the answer.”

We all deal with stress and the Covid Pandemic has worsened stress for many of us. The “Covid 15” is real for many people who have had to work from home this past year, or have had to struggle with helping their children attend school from home, while taking care of their own daily needs. The inability to visit with friends, travel, or even take a break from family, has led to overeating and weight gain.
