Losing weight for good by changing my mindset
During my weight loss journey, I’ve learned a lot about how my thinking controls my feelings. How I feel controls what I do and what I used to do — which in my case was often overeating. I learned about “The Model” at The Life Coach School:
C = Circumstances. Circumstances are neutral facts about which everyone would agree. My daily weight on the scale would be a circumstance.
