My Photo Shoot

Talk about doing something outside my comfort zone! I’m a casual sort of girl who wears jeans and turtlenecks at home and corduroys and sweaters at work. I also don’t wear makeup — with the exception of a little powder. I don’t own any dresses and only have 2 skirts that fit — and they haven’t been worn in over a year.

At the suggestion of my dating coach, I made an appointment for boudoir photos, not knowing what to expect. The photographer sent me to a nearby lingerie store, where, with the help of the “grandmotherly” owner, I tried on and bought some revealing lingerie. I also bought myself fishnet…
