The “Secret” to Weight Loss after Menopause

When I was in my mid-60s, I lost 45 pounds and have easily kept off that weight. I lost and gained weight from the time I was in my teens until this last time — when I finally learned the “secret” to permanent weight loss. It was relatively easy to lose my excess weight once I learned some basic skills and changed my thoughts around food and eating to thoughts which served my body in a healthier manner.
