Why I Decided to Become a Coach

I’ve been a yo-yo dieter since my 20s. I’ve lost weight on many diets — but ultimately regained all of the pounds I had lost and more. I was missing the piece of managing my mind around food.

When I was introduced to Brooke Castillo’s “The Model” for managing my mind and my thinking, that made all of the difference. By learning to think differently, I learned to manage my emotions as well as learning that food did not change my emotional responses.
